II.AssociationofHTCB-ShareInvestors’One-CodeAccount(ForDomesticIndividualInvestorsOnly) AfterthelaunchoftheunifiedaccountplatformbytheShenzhenBranchofChinaSecuritiesDepositoryandClearingCorporationLimited(hereinafterreferredtoas"CSDC"),aOne-CodeaccountisestablishedforinvestorsbasedontheirexistingShanghaiandShenzhenAandBsharesecuritiesaccounts.Thisaccountservesasamasteraccounttorecordtheinvestor’sidentityinformationandsecuritiesassets,whiletheoriginalsecuritiesaccountsfunctionassub-accountsforinvestmenttransactions.AlinkageisestablishedbetweentheOne-Codeaccountandthesub-accounts. 1.ForinvestorswhohavecorrespondingAandBsharesecuritiesaccountsunderOne-CodeAccount and whose association has been confirmed, after HTC's B-share exit registration,Hirisun'sAshareswillbeinitiallyregisteredintheinvestor'sA-sharesecuritiesaccount.ForinvestorswhohavetwoormoreA-sharesecuritiesaccountsunderOne-CodeAccountandwhoseassociationhasbeenconfirmed,itisrecommendedthattheinvestorandtheoriginalB-share custodian securities company choose the A-share securities account for the initialregistrationofHirisun'sAsharesinthefollowingorder:first,selecttheA-sharesecuritiesaccountwhoseinformationdeclarationsecuritiescompanyisthesameastheHTCB-sharecustodiansecuritiescompany;ifnotapplicable,thenchoosetheA-sharesecuritiesaccountwiththemostrecent account opening date as theA-share securities account for the initial registration ofHirisun'sAshares. 2.ForinvestorswhohavebothA-shareandB-sharesecuritiesaccountsunderOne-CodeAccount but whose association has not been confirmed, they can complete the associationconfirmation proceduresat thesecuritiescompany where theirB-share orA-share securitiesaccountislocatedbeforethedeclarationdeadline. 3.ForinvestorswhohaveaB-sharesecuritiesaccountunderOne-CodeAccountbutdonotyethaveanA-sharesecuritiesaccount,theycanopenanA-sharesecuritiesaccountandconfirmthe associated relationship before the declaration deadline. III.Follow-upOperationProceduresandArrangements AfterthedateoftheCompany'sdelistingregistration,ChinaSecuritiesDepositoryandClearingCorporation will issue a notice to the original B-share custodian securities companies andcustodianbanks(hereinaftercollectivelyreferredtoasthe“custodianinstitutions”).Therelevantentitiesshall,inaccordancewiththerequirementsofthenotice,promptlyinforminvestorstodeclaretheirShenzhenA-sharesecuritiesaccountsandcustodianunitsbeforethedeclarationdeadline, complete the confirmation and submission of ShenzhenA-share securities accountassociationsontime,andafterthedeclarationdeadline,promptlyinforminvestorsoftheallocatedShenzhentransferregistrationrestrictedaccountinformation,Itisrecommendedtoorganizethecompletionoftheproceduresforopeningafundaccountandotherrelatedformalities.OnDecember26,2025ChinaSecuritiesDepositoryandClearingCorporation(CSDC)willsplitthedataofinvestors'B-sharesecuritiesaccountsaccordingtothecorrespondingcustodianinstitutionsofHTCB-shares,andthensendittoeachcustodianinstitutionsD-COMmailbox.Eachcustodianinstitutionscandownloadtheinvestors'B-shareaccountdatathroughtheD-COMusermailbox,organizetheinvestorstoindependentlydeclaretheirShenzhenA-sharesecuritiesaccounts and custodian units for registering Hirisun's A-share issuance, and clearly informinvestorsthatiftheydonotdeclareorfailtocorrectlydeclaretheirA-sharesecuritiesaccountsbeforethedeclarationdeadline,itwillbedeemedasconsentforCSDCtouniformlyallocateShenzhentransferregistrationrestrictedaccounts.
