(II)DetailedAnalysisofKeyBusinessSegments 1.DigitalCostBusiness:StableOperationswithContinuousGrowthinNewBusinessTheDigitalCostbusinessincludesproductsrelatedtoprojectquantitytakeoff,projectpricing,engineeringdata,andprojectcostmanagement.Duringthereportingperiod,theDigitalCostbusinessgeneratedoperatingrevenueofRMB4.779billion,representingayear-on-yeardecreaseof4.16%.Thedeclinewasprimarilyduetoanoverallreductionininvestmentinthebuildingconstructionsector,whichaffecteddemandfromsomesmall-andmedium-sizedclients,leadingtoaslightdropinrevenuefromtheCompany’scost-estimatingsoftware.However,theCompany’sproductspossessstrongessentialdemandandhighcustomerstickiness,resultinginastable-to-risingoverallrenewalrate.Customerdemandforhigh-qualitybiddingandrefinedcostmanagementAnnualReport2025(Summary) andZhibiaowang (指标网:A professionalplatformoffering construction costindex informationfor costestimators))aswellasinbid-clearingsoftware.Additionally,adoptionratesandpenetrationofmajorclientsfor costestimationandaccountingproductscontinuedtoclimbsteadily.Currently,constructionenterprises areundergoingtransformationandupgrading,movingtowardhigh-qualitydevelopment.Companiesareactivelyadjustingtheirbusinessstructuresandstrengtheningcross-regionaloperations,whichhasintensifiedtheirdemand forhigh-qualitybiddingandrefinedcostmanagement.ThistrendhasplayedanimportantroleindrivingthegrowthoftheCompany’sDigitalCostbusiness.InNovember2024,theMinistryofHousingandUrban-RuralDevelopmentissuedtheStandardforBillofQuantitiesPricingofConstructionProjects(referredtoasthe“NewBillofQuantities”),whichcameintoeffectonSeptember1,2025.The“NewBillofQuantities”policyaimstopromotemarket-orientedreforminprojectcosting.Asthispolicyisgraduallyimplementednationwide,itwillacceleratetheadoptionofmarket-basedcostandpricingmanagementsystemswithintheconstructionindustry.Consequently,clientdemandformarket-orienteddataandservicesisexpectedtocontinueincreasing,providingfavorableconditionsforthepromotionandgrowthoftheCompany’sDigitalCostbusiness.Specifically,intheproductdomain,theQuantityTakeoffproductsreleasedanUrbanRenewaledition,achievingcomprehensivesupportofthequantitytakeoffseriesforurbanrenewalprojects.Pricingproductsfocusedonvalueupgradesinthewaterconservancysector,withthenumberofapplicationsforwaterconservancypricingproductsgrowingrapidly.Bid-clearingproductsunderwentAI-poweredupgrades,achievingkeyvalueimprovementssuchasPDFfileparsingandintelligentdocumentgeneration,supportingthescalablegrowthofthebid-clearingbusiness.EngineeringDataproductsfocusedonbuildingcapabilitiestosupportdiversemarket-orienteddatarequirements,providinghigh-qualitydataservicesacrosstheentireprojectinvestmentlifecycle. Cost Estimation and Accounting products targeted large construction clients, integrating estimation and accountingfunctionalitiestocreatebenchmarkapplications,enhanceproductadoptionandpenetration,andhelpclientsimproverefinedcostmanagement. 2.DigitalConstructionBusiness:FirmTransformationwithSignificantImprovementinOperatingQuality TheDigitalConstruction businessincludes bothenterprise-level managementsoftwareand project-levelmanagement software, covering project comprehensive decision-making, materials management, labormanagement,safetymanagement,intelligenttowercranes,andotherfunctionalities.DuringtheReportingPeriod, theDigitalConstructionbusinessachievedoperatingrevenueofRMB846million,representingayear-on-yearAnnualReport2025(Summary) theproductside,theconstructionbusinessfocusedonupgradingproductvalueacrosscorescenarios,includingmaterials,personnel,andmachinery,aswellassafety,schedule,andcostmanagementduringproduction.Onthemarketing side, efforts were concentrated on key regions nationwide andpriority clients, strengthening the Company’spresenceincoreareasandincreasingpenetrationamongmajorcustomers.Operationally,productandcoststructureswerecontinuouslyoptimized.Asaresultoftheseefforts,theconstructionbusinessmaintainedrevenuegrowth,achievedasubstantialincreaseingrossmargin,andrealizedamarkedimprovementinoveralloperatingquality. Specifically,productssuchasIntelligentTowerCranes,PMSmart(aprojectcomprehensivedecision-makingproduct), and Enterprise-Level Management Software achieved growth against the market trend, delivering outstandingperformance.IntelligentTowerCranesfocusedoncollisionavoidance,AI“TenNo-Lift”protocols,andautonomousdrivingtechnologies,continuouslyupgradedtosupportclientsinrefinedtowercraneoperations.Remote-assisteddrivingforkeyproductsachievedbreakthroughs withmultiplemajorclients,drivingrapidrevenuegrowth.PMSmart,aprojectcomprehensivedecision-makingproduct,leveragedAI-drivenautomateddatacollectionandanalysistodelivercost-savingvalueforclients.Benchmarkconstructionofmodelchannelsandsalesrevenuebothachievedbreakthroughprogress,bringingtheproductintothestageoflarge-scalepromotion.Enterprise-LevelManagementSoftware,drivenbydataandAI-enableddecision-making,providessystematicsolutionstohelpclientsupgradeoperationsandmanagement.DuringtheReportingPeriod,revenuefromthisproductremainedstableandcontinuedtogrow. 3. Digital Design Business: Accelerated Promotion with Significant Achievements in BenchmarkProductApplications TheCompanyiscurrentlyfocusingonpromotingitsnewproducts,DigitalBuildingDesignandDigitalInfrastructure Design. Revenue from the legacy design products of its subsidiary Hongye Technology has graduallydeclined.DuringtheReportingPeriod,theDigitalDesignbusinessachievedoperatingrevenueofRMB71.1719million,representingayear-on-yeardecreaseof21.04%. In the Digital Construction business, the GSite product secured client contracts and implementation in the United Kingdom, completing value validation with small construction clients and establishingmultiplebenchmarkapplicationsdemonstratingitsvalue.In2025,theCompanyestablisheddeepconnectionsinHongKongwithindustryregulators,keyenterprises,andleadinguniversities,buildingabrandimageasanenablerofdigitalandintelligenttransformationintheinternationalconstructionsector,andproviding internationalizeddigitalsolutionsforindustrystakeholders.Revenuefromcost-relatedbusinessinHongKongmaintained healthy growth, with client coverage and penetration steadily increasing, and multiple client applicationsandscalablebenchmarksestablished.DigitalBuildingDesignandconstructionbusinessproductshavealsocompletedmultiplepilotprojectsinHongKong,validatingproductvalueandbusinessmodels.5.ComprehensiveAIDeployment:ContinuousBreakthroughsinProductValueDuringtheReportingPeriod,theCompanydevelopedAIproductscenteredonthreehigh-valuescenarios:integrateddesign, refinedcost management, and refined construction management.
