PublicAnnouncementonChangeofBoardSecretary Jiangling Motors Corporation, Ltd. and its Board members undertake that theinformationdisclosedhereinistruthful,accurateandcompleteanddoesnotcontainanyfalsestatement,misrepresentationormajoromission. Duetochangesinworkassignments,theBoardofDirectorsdecidedthatMs.XuLanfengnolongerserve astheBoardSecretaryoftheCompany.Thepersonnelchangesshallbecome effective fromApril 1, 2026. Ms. Xu Lanfeng’s original term of office wasscheduledtoconcludeupontheexpiryofthetermoftheeleventhBoardofDirectorsoftheCompany.
